The mission of the Kankakee Valley Symphony Orchestra (KVSO) is to promote interest in good music for the enjoyment of the people, to coordinate symphonic and ensemble music with local artists, to educate children and adults in symphonic and ensemble music, and to increase the level of music appreciation throughout the community of Kankakee County, Illinois.
